Warranty & Testing
Every part we sell is pre-owned and bench tested before it is listed. Here is exactly what that means for you.
10-Day Testing Warranty
Eligible products carry a 10-day testing warranty from the day of delivery. During this period you can install and test the component in your own system. If the part is dead on arrival or does not perform as described, contact us on WhatsApp within the testing period and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Warranty varies by product
Not every item carries the same cover. The exact warranty for each product is shown on the product card and on the product page. We currently offer:
- 10 Days Testing Warranty
- 30 Days Warranty
- 90 Days Warranty
- 6 Months Warranty
- 1 Year Warranty
- No Warranty (clearly marked on the listing)
Always check the warranty label on the specific listing before purchase — it is the warranty that applies to your order.
How we test
Graphics cards are stress tested for stability and thermals. Processors are booted and benchmarked. Storage drives are checked for SMART health, bad sectors and read/write performance. RAM is validated with memory test passes. Anything that fails is not listed.
What is not covered
- Physical damage, bent pins or broken connectors
- Burn damage caused by faulty power supplies or overvolting
- Removed, tampered or damaged warranty seals
- Unauthorised repairs, BIOS flashing or hardware modification
- Normal cosmetic wear expected on pre-owned hardware
Raising a claim
Message us on WhatsApp with your order details, the product name and a short description or video of the issue. We respond during business hours and will guide you through the next steps.
